Deere & Company reported net income of $910.3 million for the third quarter ended July 29, 2018, or $2.78 per share, compared with net income of $641.8 million, or $1.97 per share, for the quarter ended July 30, 2017.

The family owners of John Deere dealerships R Hunt Ltd and New Forest Farm Machinery Ltd have signed an agreement to merge their two businesses under the new name Hunt Forest Group.
